Rates

  • Individual therapy sessions are primarily focused on direct therapy with the client. Parents and guardians may be involved in these sessions, briefly, but the goal of an individual session is to teach, practice, and/or review key therapy skills in real-time.

  • Family therapy sessions are helpful opportunities for parents/guardians to meet with me, with or without their child, to discuss family dynamics or to gain more specific support in strategies to use outside of session.

  • Parent training sessions are focused on providing psychoeducation and techniques that can be used at home with your child. These are in-person or virtual sessions without the client.

  • Literacy coaching is either virtual or in-person one on one sessions aimed at bettering reading.
